These terms apply to text messages sent by Remedy Circuit LLC and through the Remedy Circuit platform by the businesses that use it. Last updated: October 2026.

Types of messages
Depending on what you opted in to: appointment confirmations and reminders, replies to questions you sent (customer care), account and order notifications, and — only with your separate, express consent — marketing messages. Some replies may come from an AI assistant acting for the business; you can ask for a person at any time.
How consent is collected
We text only people who agreed to receive messages — for example by checking an unchecked consent box on a web form, providing a number when booking an appointment, or texting us first. Consent to receive marketing texts is never a condition of purchase.
Opting out
Reply STOP to any message. You’ll get one confirmation and no further messages from that sender. Reply START to opt back in.
Carrier disclaimer
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy
